Job Description :Key Responsibilities : Solution Design :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Automate.- Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for the effective use of Power Automate within the organization.- Design scalable and secure automation workflows that integrate with various Microsoft and third-party services. Implementation and Development :- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Power Automate solutions.- Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes, including workflows, data flows, and integration points.- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability. Governance and Best Practices :- Establish and enforce governance policies to maintain the quality and security of Power Automate solutions.- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers and business users.- Stay updated on the latest Power Automate features and industry trends to continually improve automation practices. Training and Support :- Provide training and support to business users and IT staff on using Power Automate.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and integrations.- Develop and deliver user manuals, training materials, and technical support documentation. Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with IT teams, solution architects, and business analysts to integrate Power Automate with other enterprise systems.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing enhancements. Qualifications : Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus. Experience :- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with a focus on automation and workflow solutions.- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.- Strong background in software development, scripting languages, and integration methodologies. Skills :- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.- Proficiency in cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.- Strong understanding of data management, APIs, and integration technologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
