Job Description :We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Power Platform Solution Architect to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Leveraging your extensive experience in enterprise application development and cloud technologies, you will be responsible for creating robust and scalable solutions that empower users and drive business value.Responsibilities :Solution Design and Architecture :- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive Power Platform solutions.- Design and architect secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.- Consider performance, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness throughout the design process.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and capabilities within the Power Platform.Development and Implementation :- Lead the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft cloud services (i.e., Azure) and on-premises systems.- Automate workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.- Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports with Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Governance and Security :- Implement robust governance practices for Power Platform development and deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and access controls.- Ensure solutions comply with all relevant security regulations and best practices.- Work with IT security teams to define and implement security policies for Power Platform applications.Leadership and Mentorship :- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Power Platform development best practices.- Advocate for the use of Power Platform as a strategic solution for business needs across the organization.- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing Power Platform solutions.Qualifications :- Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise application development or a related field.- Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.- In-depth knowledge of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.- Experience with cloud technologies and integration practices (a plus).- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices, including CI/CD.- Experience with security principles and applying them to application development.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Platform and cloud technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
