Job Description :Key Skills : - Project Management, Delivery Management (Data Analytics & Engineering projects preferred), Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, BFSI domain knowledge, RDBMS, Sql, ETL, Stakeholder/Client Management, Resource / Budget Planning, Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.Role & Responsibilities :- Project Management : Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.- Team Leadership : Managing and mentoring a team of business analysts, data analysts and data engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their objectives.- Client Engagement : Interfacing with clients to understand their data analytics requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet their needs.- Technical Expertise : Providing technical leadership and guidance on data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of projects.- Process Improvement : Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analytics delivery.- Quality Assurance : Ensuring that data analytics deliverables meet high-quality standards in terms of accuracy, relevance, and adherence to best practices.- Collaboration : Facilitating collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, such as data science, business intelligence, and IT, to ensure seamless project delivery.- Stakeholder Management : Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster strong relationships to support successful project delivery.- Performance Management : Setting performance expectations for the team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing feedback to support professional growth and development.- Change Management : Adapting to changing priorities, market demands, and industry trends to ensure that the data analytics delivery remains aligned with business objectives.- Preferably, candidates with a background in data are preferred for this role.
