Job Description :Requirements Management : Participate, Seek Clarification, Understand, ReviewDomain relevance :- Test feature / component with good understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client- Conduct gap analysis between requirement fitment and technology stack using technology/domain expertiseReporting : Reporting the test activities of a small team including multiple testersEstimate : Estimate time, effort and resource dependence for work performedManage knowledge : Consume, Contribute to Test Design and DevelopmentExecution :- Identify testable scenarios and create test scenario document, Update RTM, Obtain sign off on test scenarios.- Identify and create test cases and test data, Smoke testing for system readiness check- Execute test cases / scripts- Identify log and track defects- Retest Log in productivity dataSkills :- Ability to review user story / requirements to identify ambiguities- Ability to design test cases / scripts as per user story / requirements- Ability to apply techniques to design efficient test cases / script- Ability to set up test data and execute tests- Ability to identify anomalies and detail themKnowledge :- Knowledge of Methodologies- Knowledge of Tools- Knowledge of Types of testing- Knowledge of Testing Processes- Knowledge of Testing StandardsExperience :- 4 to 8 years of Overall testing experience. - Test Automation Experience with the tool Selenium or Katalon. - Should have experience in Test Automation Framework like TestNG and Cucumber Framework. - Able to manage test activities in medium to large projects. - Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills required to establish effective working relationships with clients and/or business partners. - Should be familiar with the Software Testing tools, techniques and market trends. - Should review user and functional requirements and provide feedback; they will Informally test early versions of functionality and develop increasingly complete test scripts and traceability. - Participate in test execution and monitor the progress of execution. - Proactively engage with all team members including developers, business users and business analysts. - Writes, reviews and executes formal test scripts including setup and data requirements, procedures and expected results. - Able to provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (Project Plan document, URS, FRS, Design docs) - Reviews project requirements, plans and prototypes and providing input. - Agile/ Scrum experience. - Katalon Tool knowledge is preferable. - Clinical domain knowledge is preferable.
