Job Description :Roles & Responsibilities :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead specializing in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing robust software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of our applications. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and excellence within the company.Key Responsibilities :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers.- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Technical Expertise :- Architect, design, and develop high-quality Java-based applications.- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Project Management :- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.- Track and report on project progress and address any issues that arise.Quality Assurance :- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.- Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed.Stakeholder Communication :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders.- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Masters degree is a plus.Experience :- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development.- Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.- Strong experience with Spring, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.Skills :- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.Tools and Technologies :- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Preferred Qualifications :- Certifications in Java or related technologies.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
