Job Description :We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing user-centered design strategies for digital products. As a UI/UX Lead, you will oversee the entire design process, from research and concept development to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to completion.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into engaging and effective user experiences.- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.- Advocate for the user and ensure that the user experience is prioritized throughout the development process.- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in leading design teams or projects.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.- Certification in UI/UX design or related fields.- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello (ref:hirist.tech)
