We are seeking a skilled and experienced HTML Developer to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with over 3 years of experience specializing in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As an HTML Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites and web applications.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain front-end code for web applications and websites.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve issues related to different browsers and devices.- Implement and adhere to web standards and best practices in coding and usability.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal functionality.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in HTML development.- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Experience with web accessibility standards and practices (ref:hirist.tech)
