Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing development team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust customizations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities and your expertise in scripting and plugin development, you will contribute to optimizing our business processes and extending the capabilities of Dynamics 365 to meet our specific needs.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 applications (e., CRM, Finance, Supply Chain Management) to automate workflows and improve user experience.- Create and modify user interfaces (forms, views) to enhance data visualization and user interaction.- Develop and configure workflows and business process automation (BPA) to streamline business processes and enforce business rules.- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware (e., web services, third-party applications) to facilitate data exchange and improve operational efficiency.- Customize entities, relationships, fields, forms, and dashboards to fit specific business requirements and user roles.- Write JavaScript, C#, and custom plugins to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and automate complex tasks.- Perform unit testing and debugging of customizations and configurations to ensure code quality and system stability.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 platform features, development tools, and best practices.- Document code and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.Technical Skills (Required) :Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 8-10 years of experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, Finance, Supply Chain Management, etc.- In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, relationships, and data model.- Proficiency in creating and modifying user interfaces (forms, views) using Dynamics 365 tools.- Experience in developing and configuring workflows and business process automation (BPA) in Dynamics 365.- Solid knowledge of integration concepts and experience using APIs, connectors, and middleware for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems.- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, C#) for customization and plugin development.- Experience with unit testing frameworks and debugging techniques for Dynamics 365 solutions.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
