Job Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our product team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the success of our product line while leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. This includes collaborating with customers across multiple geographies, including US and Europe. This is a leadership role that requires a combination of business and technical acumen, as well as the ability to lead and influence others. Job Responsibilities:- Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company vision. - Be an expert on market trends, competition, and user requirements. - Lead the cross-functional team to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. - Collaborate with customers across multiple geographies, including US and Europe, to understand their needs and gather product requirements. - Foster a collaborative culture and a focus on customer needs within the product management team. - Develop KPIs and prioritize features to improve product performance. - Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment. - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products. - Manage product profitability and commercial success - owning the business case. - Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product. Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 15 years of experience in product management, including strategic planning and implementation required. - Proven experience in collaborating with international customers and cross-functional teams. - Experience in product lifecycle management. - Familiarity with market research, consumers' behavior, and marketing techniques. - Knowledge of project management tools, software, and methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
