We're looking for a Manager/Senior Manager/AD, User experience - who can balance thoughtfulness with agility, product and business understanding with craftsmanship and attention to detail. What you'll be doing:- You will manage and lead a team of UX professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. - This includes hiring and developing talent, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success. - You will champion a user-centric approach to design, ensuring that the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users are at the forefront of the design process. - This involves conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into effective and intuitive user experiences. - You will develop UX strategies and plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs. - This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, defining UX goals, and mapping out the steps required to achieve them. - You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and align UX efforts with overall product or service development. - Effective communication and stakeholder management will be crucial in driving successful UX outcomes. - You will oversee the design and prototyping process, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - This involves providing guidance on interaction design, information architecture, and visual aesthetics to deliver exceptional user experiences. - You will drive a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team and across the organization. - This includes staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance the user experience.
