Your Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Over 4 years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design. - At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably managing a design team. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant design tools. - Deep understanding of design principles, UX/UI design, and user-centric strategies. - Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to deliver top-tier design solutions under tight deadlines. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. - A driven passion for design, with a commitment to inspiring and leading others.
