About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Release & System Administrator to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing our Dynamics 365 cloud environment, ensuring successful deployments, ongoing system maintenance, and exceptional user support.Responsibilities :- Plan, manage, and execute Dynamics 365 releases and updates, minimizing disruption and ensuring smooth transitions- Configure and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment, including security settings, user permissions, and system performance optimization- Monitor system health and troubleshoot any issues that may arise- Create and maintain user accounts and profiles- Provide technical support to users on Dynamics 365 functionality and troubleshooting basic issues- Document processes and procedures for system administration tasks- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Dynamics 365Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 3+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 deployment, configuration, and maintenance- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong documentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
