Job Description :Job purpose :- Deliver a solution with innovation and great piece of engineering.- Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product/solution to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and the implacable Consumer ExperienceWho you are :- Experience working on multiple software and product development projects with background in SAP, Workday or ADP.- Experience developing and administering complex project plans- Agile and waterfall project management experience- Prior experience in Software Development(Java/.Net)- Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills- Minimum 3+ Years of experience as Project ManagerWhat will excite us :- Create project plans with relevant team members.- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.- Maintain the project budget.- Prepare progress reports for senior management.- Project governance and maintain project KPIs- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.- Work closely with the project team in completing projects- Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure- Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set- Identifies and communicates the need for resources within tasks or assigned areas of responsibility in order to meet business timing requirements- Effectively work on multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner- Lead technology work-stream through the various life-cycle stages, from business need through design, delivery, and support- Guide, recommend and lead the development team through the projectWhat will excite you :- Complete ownership and independence of execution.- Experiment, fail and learn (with a condition - 'Fail Fast')- High pedigree, high caliber team- Contribute to every area of our business.- Have a real impact with your work (ref:hirist.tech)
