This role is crucial in managing and enhancing our existing IT infrastructure while spearheading the development of innovative business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strategic planning abilities, and a proven track record in project management.Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & Development:- Oversee and optimize existing hardware, software, and network infrastructure.- Identify and develop new business solutions to improve efficiency and processes.- Manage end-to-end IT projects, including infrastructure, application development, and system enhancements, ensuring completion within specified timelines and budgets.Policy & Procedure Development:- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.- Oversee software development needs, system operations, and deployment strategies.- Implement group-level IT strategies to develop IT infrastructure, applications, and networking.Project Management:- Prepare detailed project reports through comprehensive research and brainstorming.- Conduct project size estimations to determine cost, duration, and effort.- Integrate IT planning with broader business objectives in collaboration with CBO, CFO, HR, and Marketing teams.- Motivate and guide team members towards the successful completion of projects.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and coding standards. Proactively resolve any arising issues.Stakeholder & Vendor Management:- Serve as the primary liaison between the IT development team and the business team.- Conceptualize and articulate the organization's IT requirements, including hardware, software, ERP systems, network infrastructure, and business enablement solutions.- Engage with stakeholders to align IT strategies and processes with overall business goals.- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies.Business & Technical Alignment:- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Ensure IT initiatives support the organization's strategic goals, explaining the risks and benefits of new projects.- Lead the development of futuristic IT solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.Requirements:Experience:- 17+ years in IT management, with a strong background in leading diverse teams and managing complex IT projects.Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (BE/B.Tech).- PMP certification is mandatory.Skills & Competencies:- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and network management.- Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, and execution.- Strong strategic thinking and business alignment capabilities.- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and team management skills.- Ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive IT solutions.- Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed project reports.
