We are committed to innovation, integrity, and ingenuity.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Leader with experience in software development, a deep understanding of technology, industry best practices and capable of leading software development teams, at LucidPlus IT Solutions, located in Koratty, Kerala.The Technology Leader will be responsible for developing company's technical strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing application requirements, architecture decisions, and technology adoption to gain a competitive edge.This leadership role oversees software development, engineering, product releases, quality assurance, data protection, and management, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while fostering positive team dynamics.Qualifications:- Must have had at least 15+ years of experience in developing .NET applications and 5+ years of experience in team and project management.- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills- Experience in leading technology projects and teams- Ability to analyse complex problems and provide innovative solutions- Excellent Stakeholder and People ManagementNB: We are open to, candidates looking for work after retirement or sabbatical alsoJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, WFO (ref:hirist.tech)
