Job Description : Tech Lead / Junior Java ArchitectThe successful candidate will perform architecture design and lead all phases of the application lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ongoing management, and support.The candidate will develop and execute new application solutions to meet business and non-functional requirements.Responsibilities :- Define, design, develop, and support complex solutions architecture by collaborating efficiently with technical and non-technical business stakeholders.- Demonstrate overall IT knowledge with a strong proficiency in OOP concepts, JAVA, and knowledge of RESTful APIs architecture, cloud technology (Azure or AWS), architecture design patterns, coding best practices, and implementation.- Lead application development, application migration, and cloud deployment.- Work in a DevOps-oriented team utilizing the AGILE framework with SCRUM methodology.- Drive transformation in cloud technologies, tools, and processes through a data-driven continuous improvement methodology.- Formulate and communicate technical vision and strategy to business and technical stakeholders.- Evaluate third-party software products used in the solution as needed.- Possess RDBMS knowledge and exposure to MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle DB.- Develop, write, and deploy code and solutions.- Ensure a perfect understanding of security aspects, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and OWASP guidelines.- Mentor development teams around sound design and coding practices.- Conduct code, design, and architectural reviews.- Utilize DevOps tools and technologies, including but not limited to Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, Chef, Docker, and Splunk.- Research emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products, and synthesize them into clear technology roadmaps and strategies.Qualifications : BE, B Tech, MCA, MSC-ITKey Skills :- Java Spring Boot, Quarkus or similar architecture framework- Service-Oriented Architecture / Web Services REST API- Hibernate and JPA, SMTP- JUnit- MySQL, Eclipse / IntelliJ, GitLab / Versioning Controlling Tool- Markup Languages like XML and JSON- Database Design Skills- Cloud Native Development (ref:hirist.tech)
