Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore (on site)Experience - 4+ YearsWe are seeking a Senior SAP BODS Consultant with over 4 years of experience, specializing in data migration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) and be proficient in all aspects of data migration, including requirement gathering, build, testing, validations, and mock load executions.Key Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data migration requirements.- Conduct detailed analysis of source and target systems to ensure comprehensive understanding of data migration needs.Build :- Design and develop data migration solutions using SAP BODS.- Configure and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.- Ensure adherence to data quality and data governance standards throughout the migration process.Testing and Validation :- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data migration.- Perform rigorous data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated data.- Identify and resolve data migration issues and discrepancies.Mock Load Executions :- Plan and conduct mock data load executions to validate migration strategies and processes.- Analyze results of mock loads and make necessary adjustments to improve data migration effectiveness.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful data migration.- Communicate progress, challenges, and results to project stakeholders effectively.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP BODS and data migration.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data migration methodologies and processes.Qualifications :Experience : - 4+ years of experience in SAP Data Services (BODS) with a strong focus on data migration.Technical Skills :- Expertise in SAP BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).- Strong understanding of data migration processes and methodologies.- Proficiency in requirement gathering, build, testing, validation, and mock load executions.
