Assistant Manager GL Experience : 10 – 15 Years Ensure Team handling experience with minimum team size of 8 -15 Members Excellent administrative and analytical skills required to examine and compile all the financial reports. Ability to work with team under pressurized situation and deliverable on time without compromising accuracy. Managing the risk involved in financial activities and statutory and regulatory activities. Reviewing and supervising the month end activities with team members and ME close on time. Managing and monitoring the metrics, KPI tracking, and controls related to finance department. Ability to handle all the debt finance management. Ability to take up controllership role in all entities. Reporting automation and innovation, Continuous improvements, simplification and optimization, Efficiency and Cost Savings improvement contribute towards Value creation. Skill set Required: Must possess Proficient written and verbal communication & presentation skills. Strong Core /Construction industries process knowledge to co-ordinate with other dept and team members. Team handling experience to supporting and upskill the team members. Strong desktop /Spread sheet /data management skill Experience in SAP process knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
