DESIGNATION: BRANCH MANAGER (AFF. HOME LOAN) PRIMERY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals. Leading team of Sales ExecuƟve.  Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors.  ImplemenƟng unique BTL markeƟng campaigns to add channels, NPA sales and direct customer interacƟon.  CollecƟons management and resoluƟons by selling out NPA. REQUIRED SKILLS:  Minimum 3+Years of experience into home loans sales or mortgage loan sales  Minimum QualificaƟon: GraduaƟon.  Looking for only HL/Lap experience.  Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the posiƟon support of a strong leadership team Regards, HR Mansi 923636XXXX
