The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing network services and a deep understanding of Nokia core network technologies, Packet Core, and 5G Core. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities :Project Planning and Execution : - Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Telecommunications Expertise :- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Nokia core network technologies, including Packet Core and 5G Core, to guide project implementation.- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and deploy network solutions.- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technologies.Risk Management :- Identify potential project risks and issues.- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.Financial Management :- Manage project budgets and financials.- Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with financial goals.- Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication :- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and clients.- Facilitate project meetings and presentations.Team Leadership :- Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external vendors.- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Performance Tracking :- Monitor project performance against key metrics and objectives.- Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned reviews.- Implement process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback.Required Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Experience: 9.5 to 15 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Nokia core network technologies, including Packet Core and 5G Core.- Project Management Skills : Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.- Financial Acumen : Experience managing project budgets and financials.- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with additional network technologies and vendors.- Previous experience in a remote working environment.Personal Attributes :- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Detail-oriented and highly organized.- Proactive and self-motivated.
