Job Description :- Envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that final product surprises and delights the customer- Taking on complex tasks and transforming them into easy to use designs for first time user to sophisticated users- Conceptualize and designs that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.- Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.Education & Skills :- Master/ Bachelor Degree in Design- Design (UI & UX)- Experienced designing and thinking in design systems translating complexity to simplicity- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns- Strong Leadership and Management skills to motivate team- Proactive communication and collaboration with other teams to achieve a holistic view of product design complying with company goals and being user friendly and well designed.- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
