Essential Competencies :- Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, ReactJS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS or Masters in Information Technology preferred- Flexible, high-velocity leader seeking a hyper-growth environment Data-driven decision maker- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization.- Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change- Ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives providing a consistent record of all activities while handling confidential work with discretion- Extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products with resilience and reliability- Proven experience attracting, hiring retaining and leading top engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams- Experience managing offshore teams- Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills (ref:hirist.tech)
