Job Responsibilities :- Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.- Use Apex, Visual Force, and Lightning Web Components to create and maintain unique solutions.- Develop solutions on the Force.com platform.- Understand business processes and translate them into technical tasks.- Review technical solutions with business stakeholders.- Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in context of the Salesforce application.- Create and maintain technical documentation.- Setup, configure and optimize the Salesforce solution.- Ensure that tasks are completed on-time.- Good Team player capable of delivering quality work, mentoring, and nurturing juniors in the team.Skills & Experience :Required :- 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce developer.- Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript (Lightning Aura & LWC).- Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices used in Apex and Visualforce.- Certified Platform Developer I is a must and Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I and Adv Administrator are preferred.- Experience with Salesforce integrations (creating WebServices & using REST/SOAP APIs).- Knowledge on integration patterns.- Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Experience working in an Agile environment.Preferred :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and/or a related field.- Experience building multiple Experience Cloud sites using the build-your-own template.- Experience on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.- Experience working with LDV (Large Data Volume).- Experience building integrations with Salesforce using tools such as MuleSoft, Microsoft Azure, or Dell Boomi.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model.- One or more Salesforce consultant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).ABOUT US : OUR WORKPLACE IS FUN AND FAST-PACEDThe culture here is cool and cutting edge.
