Job Description :While working closely with users and providing a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional manner, the successful candidate must be able to :- Design multi-year IT data-driven transformation/delivery roadmaps qualifying strategic business opportunities - Define long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision, standards, and principles, including modeling, metadata, security, reference data such as product codes and client categories, and master data such as clients, vendors, materials, and employees- Play a leadership role in applying data architecture and design standards, promoting best practices across Kearney.- Define, deliver, and implement the MDM, Data Catalogue, and Reference data strategy and solution- Chair data architecture forums and drives resolution of data related issues- Create end-to-end vision on how logical design translates into one or more physical databases and how the data will flow through the successive stages.- Create strategies and plans for data capacity planning, data security, life cycle data management, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and archiving.- Ensure that data strategies and architectures are in regulatory compliance. Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones are needed- Provide technical recommendations and engage with data engineers and ETL developersYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) :- Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, or related field preferred.- 12+ years of IT experience with a significant focus on data-related projects- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills to present architecture, features, and solution recommendations to senior management and C-level executives- Strong hands-on experience in data storage, optimization, ETL, and data analytics tools and technologies, e.g., Talend, DBT, Attuinity, Golden Gate, Fivetran, APIs, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc- Experience with Data Warehouse and BI systems- Extensive experience in collecting business requirements from customers and transforming the requirements into data capabilities- Strong hands-on experience with data modelling, data and analytics platform architecture, solution design, and data engineering - Experience demonstrating in leading big data and data science teams that support business analytics and data-driven decision making- Experience with enterprise data platforms/ technology stack on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other players like Snowflake- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Meta Scrum with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Master, Architects, and data SMEs) (ref:hirist.tech)
