Job Description :Responsibilities : - Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.- Develop strong partnerships with engineering, product management, partner teams to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives- Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs- Support efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.- Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, be the adaptive problem solver.- Provide reporting as necessary on portfolio roadmap, health, status, risks, issues and mitigation plans.Basic Qualifications :- B.S. degree or equivalent- 4+ years of technical program management experience within an engineering organization, with overall 7+ years in the industry.Preferred Qualifications : - Direct work experience in a technical program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.- Knowledge of technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth.- Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.- Direct experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.- Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects.- Excellent communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and attention to detail.- Experience with software engineering practices and familiarity with coding techniques.- Ability to quickly adapt to the faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Experience in planning and collaboration tools.Suggested Skills :- Program Management- Communication- Stakeholder Management (ref:hirist.tech)
