Roles & Responsibilities :a) Manage multiple development teams containing Frontend, Backend, QA, Devops engineers, Scrum masters and Tech leads. b) Full adherence of teams to Scrum methodology.c) Deliver high quality products in a committed time frame.d) Be invested in the development of all your team members.e) Ensure product compliance with security regulations. f) Monitor reliability and performance of your applications. g) Run your teams on a budget by optimizing the utilization of engineers. h) Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources. i) Hire engineers and work to fulfill their training needs. j) Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools. k) Innovate on both Products as well Processes.Qualifications :a) Should have worked on transactional applications. b) Very good understanding of AWS technologies like EC2, RDS, SQS, ElasticSearch, ELB.c) Past hands-on experience with Python, Django, Postgresql, MySQL, Docker. d) Excellent understanding of Angular or React. e) Excellent understanding of and experience with Service Based Architectures. f) Experience with caching and SQL optimisation techniques. g) Solid understanding of REST conventions and concepts.
