The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, jQuery, and JavaScript, and will be capable of developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and enhance various applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js. - Write clean, modular, and scalable code in JavaScript. - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. - Develop RESTful APIs and ensure their seamless integration with front-end components. - Utilize jQuery to handle events, perform animations, and manipulate the DOM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.Required Skills: - Node.js: Extensive experience in server-side development using Node.js. - JavaScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of its core concepts and features. - jQuery: Experience in using jQuery to manipulate the DOM, handle events, and perform animations. - RESTful APIs: Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. - Asynchronous Programming: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. - Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.Additional Skills: - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX. - Understanding of web security and data protection principles. - Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development. - Proven experience with Node.js, jQuery, and JavaScript.
