Job Description :1. Test Strategy & Management : Experience in reviewing and adapting test strategies based on new information and changing needs.2. QA Leadership : Experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.3. QA Innovation : Ability to research and implement new testing tools and technologies.4. Non-Functional Testing : Experience in performance testing and security/penetration testing.5. Automation Expertise : Ability to design and develop automation frameworks from scratch.6. Agile Development : Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD).7. DevOps Tools : Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, and cloud services.8. Test Design : Strong foundation in crafting test strategies, plans, and approaches for various applications.9. BDD Advocate : Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles using Java/Javascript, WDIO/Selenium, etc.10. Multi-Layered Automation : Ability to develop automation frameworks that cover UI, API, and backend testing.11. API Testing : Experience with automating API testing and creating test scripts using Postman.12. Collaboration : Excellent communication skills in working with teams and stakeholders.13.
