UI/UX Designer @ BangaloreOur client is an IT Company providing Technology Solutions to Fashion Industry. They would like to fill-up the following position asap.Position : UI/UX Designer ( 2 Positions )Location : BangaloreEducation : Relevant Degree/ DiplomaExperience : 2-4 years in UI/UX designCompensation : Commensurate with education and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile :1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, product vision, and user needs2. Drive innovation by conducting user research, uncovering deep customer insights, and using data to inform UX strategies and design decisions3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fidelity mockups in Figma/In-vision , etc to visualize and iterate on UX solutions for web applications4. Ensure consistent, recognizable, cohesive, and intuitive experience across the end-to-end product platform5. Stay up to date and advocate for UX best practices. Champion empathy for users to continuously improve our UX design capabilities.Requirement :1. At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in product / UX design2. Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax3. Platform centric experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose applications4. Strong experience in technical designing, development and frontend Architecture5. Experience conducting user research and solid understanding of research methods such as usability testing, semi-structured interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, etc.6. Experience creating UX artifacts such as user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes7. Excellent communication, presentation skills with ability to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions (ref:hirist.tech)
