Job Summary :We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).- Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3 - 4 years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.- Strong experience with React.js and its core principles.- Solid understanding of server-side programming with Node.js and Express.js.- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database management.- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.- Experience with front-end build tools and dependency management (Webpack, npm, etc.).- Understanding of deployment processes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
