Position : Java/DB DeveloperExperience : 2-5 YearsNotice Period : Immediate Joiners only (max 2 weeks)Location : Bangalore, Chennai, GurgaonEmployment Type : Contract BasisTech Skills required : Java/DB, Secondary -Python, AI/MLJob Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java/DB Developer with secondary skills in Python and AI/ML to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in Java development, database management, and a keen interest in AI/ML technologies. This role requires immediate joiners who can start within two weeks.Java Development :- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Database Management :- Design and implement database schemas.- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.- Ensure data integrity and security.Secondary Skills in Python, AI/ML:- Develop and integrate Python scripts and applications.- Work on AI/ML projects, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.- Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate machine learning models into applications.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Primary Skills :- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.- Understanding of database design and normalization.Secondary Skills :- Proficiency in Python programming language.- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).- Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.Additional Skills :- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.Soft Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Java development and database management.- Proven track record of delivering software projects in a timely manner.
