Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Out of total exp, 10+ yrs of data engineering experience with technologies like data bricks, snowflake, azure data/AWS ecosystems- Managed large data engagements & programs end-to-end - Technical background person grown to PM and not People Manager alone- Experience in global delivery model with distributed teams- Understands project portfolio from GM perspectives / understands pyramid structure span and bench mgmt.- Should partner with Sales & client partner teams setting expectation for delivery risk, customer exp, create resource plan and validate technical estimation- Data driven delivery management (reporting and KPI's) and engineering rigor and best practices.Requirements :- Understanding major data engineering stack & big-data technologies, building data pipelines - Azure / AWS- Data services / migration / modern data platform- Lead and manage end-to-end big data projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Oversee project execution, risk management, documentation and quality assurance for the engagement.
