You will work closely with our product and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.Responsibilities :- Lead the development of our mobile apps built using Flutter.- Collaborate with our product and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.- Work with the backend team to ensure seamless integration with our APIs.- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.- Identify and solve complex technical problems.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.- 2+ years of experience with Flutter.- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.- Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.What We Offer :In recognition of your valuable contributions, you will receive an equity-based compensation package.
