Job Description :1. BE/BTech from Tier-1 institution2. Minimum 15+ years of Tech experience demonstrating track record of building and launching successful enterprise applications.3. Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technology stacks for application development.4. Experience in leading the full application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. 5. Hands-on experience spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and data analytics.6. Application Development - understanding of software development principles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).7. Proficiency in modern technology stacks & programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, cloud platforms, data analytics tools).8. Know-how of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, data analytics.9. Tech Stack & Architecture10. Proficient with data analytics tools. 11. Lead the design and development of new business applications & tech-based products, leveraging the latest technology stacks and adhering to best practices for security, scalability, and performance.12. Collaborate with the CTO to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment between technology and product vision.13. Champion the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technology stacks to build innovative next-gen applications & tech-based products which will provide a competitive edge.14.
