Our focus is on exceptional customer experiences, exceeding expectations throughout the engagement.The Opportunity :We're seeking 5 highly skilled BMC Helix Technical Specialists to join our team supporting a billion-dollar client in Bengaluru. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of their BMC Helix environment.Responsibilities :- Develop, implement, and provide ongoing support for BMC Helix components, including ITSM, Smart IT, and Innovation Studio.- Design and configure custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters, and Escalations.- Collaborate with internal teams and the client to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Perform system administration tasks such as configuration, user management, and security.- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement resolutions.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMC Helix best practices and emerging technologies.- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain consistency.Qualifications :- Must have 8+ years of experience in development, implementation, and sustained support of BMC Helix components.- Proven experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and ITIL principles.- In-depth knowledge of Remedy forms, workflows, and automations.- Experience with Smart IT, Innovation Studio, and integrations with third-party applications (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a leading cloud solutions provider.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.- Career growth and development opportunities (ref:hirist.tech)
