As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of robust and scalable Python applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with a team of engineers to achieve common goals.Key Responsibilities :- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Python applications.- Leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices.- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance.- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Required Skills and Experience :- 7-10 years of experience in Python development.- Strong proficiency with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastApi.- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, CouchBase.- Proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.- Ability to write efficient, secure, and reusable code.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Previous job stability with a proven track record of consistent employment.Preferred Skills :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Master's degree preferred but not required (ref:hirist.tech)
