Collaborate with Software Developers, Project Managers, QA, Software Architects, and DevOps to steer the technical direction of our venture.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of developers.- Build scalable backend services and APIs.- Innovate to enhance service efficiency and user experience.- Develop robust, high-availability, and scalable code.- Drive the architecture of our Cloud Gaming Platform.- Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.- Foster a culture of continuous learning.- Work with DevOps to streamline deployment and monitoring.Who You Are :- 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.- Proven team leadership and management skills.- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.- Excellent communication skills.- Expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, AngularJS, React, and NestJS.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD.- Experience with Microservices, Rest APIs, socket programming, TCP, WebRTC, and message brokers (desirable).What You Get :- Competitive salary package.- Remote-first work environment with flexible working hours.Must Have Skills : - Node.js - 4 Years (Intermediate)- React.js - 4 Years (Intermediate)- Elasticsearch - 4 Years- Nest.js - 4 Years (ref:hirist.tech)
