Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MATLAB/Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex algorithms, data analysis, and software development. This role requires a strong understanding of both MATLAB and Python programming languages, as well as the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using MATLAB and Python.- Develop and optimize algorithms for data analysis, signal processing, and machine learning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.- Lead technical discussions and code reviews to ensure high code quality and best practices.- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.- Document and maintain software functionality and project details. Qualifications :- Proven years of experience in software development using MATLAB and Python.- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration.- Extensive experience with algorithm development, data analysis, and numerical methods.- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills :- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., C++, Java) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Perl).- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data visualization tools.- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).- Understanding of software performance optimization and parallel computing.
