We are seeking a talented Fresher Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software development, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to the success of our projects. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Front-end Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to enhance user experience. Ensure the cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of web applications. Back-end Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot framework. Create data models and database schemas using SQL or NoSQL databases. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure API access. Full Stack Development: Integrate front-end and back-end components to build end-to-end features. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure code quality and scalability of the software through best practices and code reviews. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and integration tests to validate the functionality of software components. Debug and troubleshoot issues reported during development and testing phases. Conduct performance optimization to improve application speed and responsiveness. Documentation and Collaboration: Document technical specifications, design documents, and code documentation. Collaborate with team members using version control systems such as Git. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java programming language. Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Knowledge of back-end frameworks like Spring Boot. Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems like Git. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
