Job Description :We Seek A Highly Skilled And Experienced IT Director Specializing In SAP To Lead A Critical Project Involving The Implementation Of SCM, SuccessFactors, Financials, And Ariba. This Senior-Level Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Effectively Manage And Guide The Project To Successful Completion.Key Responsibilities :- Lead The SAP Implementation Project, Overseeing SCM, SuccessFactors, Financials, And Ariba Modules.- Provide Strategic Direction And Leadership To The Project Team, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives.- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Goals, And Deliverables.- Develop And Manage Project Plans, Schedules, Budgets, And Resource Allocations.- Ensure The Project Adheres To Best Practices, Standards, And Guidelines.- Identify And Mitigate Risks And Issues, Implementing Corrective Actions As Necessary.- Facilitate Effective Communication And Collaboration Among Project Team Members, Stakeholders, And Vendors.- Monitor Project Progress And Provide Regular Updates To Senior Management And Stakeholders.- Lead The Transition From Project Implementation To Operational Support.- Mentor And Develop Team Members, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.Qualifications :- Experience: Proven Experience Leading Large-Scale SAP Implementation Projects, Specifically SCM, SuccessFactors, Financials, And Ariba.- Leadership Skills: Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Diverse Project Team.- Project Management: Expertise In Project Management Methodologies And Tools.- Stakeholder Management: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.- Technical Proficiency: Deep Understanding Of SAP Modules (SCM, SuccessFactors, Financials, And Ariba) And Their Integration.Locality : Must Be Local To Bangalore Or Mumbai And Can Work 100% Onsite.Education : Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degrees Or Relevant Certifications Are A Plus.Preferred Qualifications (Non-Mandatory) :- Experience In A Senior IT Leadership Role Within A Similar Industry.- PMP Or Similar Project Management Certification.- Experience With SAP S/4HANA.
