Role and Responsibilities:- Responsible for Graphics Performance Optimization for Flagship & Innovative Company Galaxy Mobile devices- Understand existing solutions and come up with ideas to build the next versions with improved architecture and optimizations in Rendering & Display paths- Responsible for understanding, profiling bottlenecks in the design, architecture for optimizing and achieving the desired performance KPIs- Would be Individual contributor and a good team player with positive attitude & excellent logical reasoning and analytical and debugging skills.Skills and Qualifications:1. B.Tech/Masters/PhD degree in Computer Science or relevant Domain with 8-12 years relevant industry experience.2. Android Platform/Framework/AppCore Expert3. Android Graphics Rendering /Display Pipeline Expert4. Very Good knowledge in Surface Flinger, HWUI, SKIA, OpenGL/Vulkan, HWC, Display Panel5. Strong C/C++ Programming Skills. C++ Libraries, JNI6. Very good with Algorithms, DS & Real time rendering7. Very good with Android PF level knowledge, Debugging tools and understanding of Android PF Code8. Able to understand large complex SW9. Android System Expertise (Memory management, Display, HWC)10. Good to have : Gpu drivers, Linux kernel drivers knowledge11. Experience in customisation of Android Java/Native framework Hands-on experience in GIT/Gerrit Experience in Android on device debugging Experience in Android native app development12. Android SDK and NDK. Experience in Android Tools, Android Studio, Adb.13. Knowledge of AI/ML techniques used for Performance optimization will be plus (ref:hirist.tech)
