Job Description :Key Responsibilities :1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.2. Lead and manage project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and track progress, making adjustments as needed.4. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings and presentations.5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.6. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and evaluations.Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 2-3 years of experience in project management, particularly within the technology sector.3. Strong understanding of technology and software development processes. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).4. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
