Creative Visual Designer (Brand, Art) || 5-7 Y || Bangalore (Bellandur) || WFO 5 Days ||Required Skills and Experience:- Strong Graphic / Visual Designer with min 4+ YOE in Graphic & Visual Design- Experience working with Gaming Companies OR on Gaming related projects in agencies- Mandatory (Portfolio) - Best-In-Industry portfolio of Branding, Social Media Designs, Events & Entertainment Designs & other Marketing related Graphic Design works - Mandatory (Company) - Creative / Marketing / Advertising Agencies OR Top B2C Brand / Product / StartupRole & Responsibilities :- You need to ensure adherence to brand guidelines that reinforce MPL's brand's promise through its visual touch points across creatives set for CRM / Brand.- Understand brand sentiment, requirements, guidelines and TG.- Reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted.- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.- Take end to end ownership of assigned projects.- Be a mentor who leads by example, Have a keen eye for detail and perform team and individual QC.- Collaborate with Design teams to develop and improve design components, patterns, templates, guidelines & tools.- Specialist in Visual Design Should have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance, Blender & Mid Journey AI. Knowledge of 3D design in making rich logos, static assets and 3D Text units and Design software like Figma and other AI tools is a plus.- Work with Agencies by briefing them, giving feedback and getting the requirements out.- Be proactive and come up with creative ideas in your field and always be on the edge and aim to best yourself at every step.- Ensure consistency, a high degree of UI craft, and leverage animation and motion design in products.
