Description:
As an experienced SAP CO Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Controlling (CO) module solutions to meet the financial reporting and controlling needs of the organization. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and ensuring the effective integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules and business processes.Key Responsibilities :Requirement Analysis : - Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial controlling and management reporting.Solution Design: Develop and design SAP CO solutions including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), Internal Orders (IO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).Implementation: Configure SAP CO module to meet business requirements. This includes setting up master data, cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, and profit centers.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP PP (Production Planning).Customization: Customize SAP CO processes and reports to enhance business decision-making. Develop and implement user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs as required.Data Migration: Manage data migration activities for SAP CO, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and performance.User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders. Develop training materials and documentation.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the use of SAP CO.Project Management: Participate in or lead project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Develop and generate financial reports and dashboards.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP CO module implementation and support.Technical Skills:Proficient in SAP CO configuration and customization.Strong understanding of integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.Knowledge of SAP BW/BI, SAP Fiori, and other reporting tools is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with business users and IT teams.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and rapidly evolving technology.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP certification in the CO module.- Experience in global or multi-national SAP implementations.- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.Additional Information :Location : [Specify location or mention if remote work is possible]Travel : May require occasional travel to client sites or company offices.Work Environment : Collaborative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
