Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Redux. This role involves developing and maintaining both client-side and server-side web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and a high-quality user experience.Key Responsibilities :Develop and Maintain Web Applications : - Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Redux. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.Server-Side Development : - Build robust and scalable back-end services using Node.js. - Design and manage APIs and integrate. - Optimize server-side code for performance and scalability. - Integrate with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processingClient-Side Development : - Develop interactive and responsive front-end components using React.js and Next.js. - Manage the application state using Redux for predictable state management. - Implement unit tests and ensure the stability of front-end components.Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. - Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve the development process and suggest enhancements. - Contribute to the team's knowledge base and documentation.Key Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks: Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Redux. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React.js / Next js. - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Knowledge of Typescript and other modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
