Description:
Roles and Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems.- Create and manage SCADA systems and HMIs for monitoring and controlling processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of PLC software and hardware.- Develop documentation for PLC programming, system design, and operational procedures.- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).- Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development.- Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical components.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.Preferred Skills :- Experience with specific PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric).- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in industrial automation.- Experience in project management and client interaction.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in industrial automation.
