Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist to join our Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and strong business analyst skills.Responsibilities:Lead customer process workshops to gather and understand requirements.Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase ServiceNow ITSM capabilities.Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications to meet business needs.Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations with other enterprise systems.Manage end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.Conduct testing and training, and provide ongoing support for ITSM implementations.Ensure best practices and compliance with ITIL standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) certification.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong business analyst skills, including workshop facilitation and requirements management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
