We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives. Leveraging your blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.- Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and create realistic timelines and budgets.- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.- Manage project dependencies and ensure successful integration of deliverables.- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established specifications.- Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in project management methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall).- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency.Technical Skills (Required):- 3-7 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projects.- Proficiency in project management tools (e., MS Project, Jira, Asana).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (a plus).Educational Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
