About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and play a key role in transforming raw data into insightful visualizations and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Power BI functionalities and a proven track record of developing robust and user-friendly dashboards. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Power BI development and strong VBA skills.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement complex Power BI reports and dashboards to meet user needs.- Perform in-depth data analysis, manipulation, and transformation using Power BI and other relevant tools.- Create clear and concise visualizations that effectively communicate insights from data.- Develop and maintain data connections from various sources (databases, APIs, etc.)- Write and implement VBA code to automate tasks within Power BI and Excel.- Perform unit testing and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of reports and dashboards.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Power BI features and functionalities.Qualifications :- 7-10 years of experience in Power BI development (minimum 6 years required)- 6+ years of experience with VBA programming- Proven ability to design and develop user-friendly and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques.- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes (preferred)- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (ref:hirist.tech)
