Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and manage large Government G2C projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, compliance, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.Key Responsibilities :Project Management :- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large Government G2C projects.- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements.Stakeholder Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and team members.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are accurately captured and addressed.Risk Management :- Identify, assess, and manage project risks related to technology, resources, timelines, and external factors.- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.- Continuously monitor and update risk management plans as the project evolves.Compliance and Documentation :- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and compliance records.- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.Quality Assurance :- Conduct testing, reviews, and evaluations to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to improve performance and user experience.- Continuously gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.Performance Monitoring and Improvement :- Monitor project performance metrics and gather feedback from stakeholders.- Implement lessons learned and adopt new technologies or practices to enhance project outcomes.- Optimize project processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Financial Management :- Manage the project budget, ensuring financial goals are met.- Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the allocated budget.- Report on project financial performance, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.Good-to-Have :- Experience in handling large Government G2C projects.- Strong communication and team-handling skills.- Strong understanding of technology, systems architecture, software development methodologies, and industry best practices.- Experience with CSS (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) and performance metrics.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.- Experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale Government G2C projects.- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
